Mr. Prasanna B

Mr. B. Prasanna is the Chairman on the Board of ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Limited and Heads the Markets Group of ICICI Bank Limited.

Prior to his appointment as the Head of Markets Group with ICICI Bank Limited, Mr. B. Prasanna was the Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Limited and had joined the Company in December 1993 and in 2008 became Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. B. Prasanna has been a key contributor to the developmental efforts in the debt market and has contributed to the development, innovation, growth, and long-term opportunities of the Fixed Income markets. He has also been a part of various committees formed by RBI, SEBI and FIMMDA including CoBoSAC formed, by SEBI, for the development of corporate bond market.

Prior to his appointment as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Mr. B. Prasanna was Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Bonds and Structured Product Team. His earlier assignments at I-Sec PD include Treasury-Sales, Debt Capital Market, New Products and Advisory.

Mr. Dilip Karnik

Mr. Karnik is a former Judge of the High Court of Bombay and is a Bachelor of Science and a law graduate. He has been practising law since 1972 and his primary areas of practise as a legal consultant are commercial and corporate laws. Mr. Karnik also acts as an Arbitrator and Conciliator for commercial and industrial disputes.

Mr. Ashvin Parekh

Mr. Ashvin Parekh, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has set up the advisory service company – Ashvin Parekh Advisory Services LLP (APAS) in the areas of providing services to the Boards and the management of the financial services sector companies, in June 2013. He has over 40 years of work experience in business strategies, corporate planning, institutional strengthening, and business transformation across industries including banking, insurance, pension and capital markets both in domestic and global markets. Mr. Parekh retired as a Senior Partner from Ernst & Young in June 2013 and was with EY for 8 years. Earlier Mr. Parekh was the Executive Director of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2002 till June 2005. Mr. Parekh has also held senior positions in Arthur Anderson, Price Waterhouse Coopers, KPMG India, KPMG UK, KPMG Dubai and Hindustan Lever Ltd. Mr. Parekh has worked in the United Kingdom, Dubai, Australia, Germany and the US on Partner secondment programs for about 11 years outside of India. He is registered with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank as an expert in the financial services sector. He has been a member of several committees set up by the Ministry of Finance, RBI, IRDA and SEBI. He is also a member of industry bodies and associations namely CII, FICCI and ASSOCHAM.

Mr. R. K. Nair

Mr. Nair was associated with Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) as Member (Finance & Investment) from March 2010 to March 2015 and was in charge of Finance, Investments and Anti Money Laundering departments and was instrumental in ushering in new investment and accounting regulations for life insurance and general insurance industry. Prior to his assignment with IRDA, Mr. Nair was the Executive Director of the Securities and Exchange Board of India from July 2005 to March 2010 and was in charge of, inter alia, Investment Management, Corporate Debt, Economic and Policy Analysis departments. For a period from December 1999 to October 2003, he has also served as the Managing Director of Corporation Bank Securities Limited (a subsidiary of Corporation Bank formed as a primary dealer) and a Director of Primary Dealers’ Association of India. Mr. Nair has also served as a member of various committees of International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).

Ms. Anubhuti Sanghai

With over 20 years experience in the banking domain, Ms. Sanghai heads Operations & Customer Service for ICICI Bank. She is presently responsible for all Operations of the Bank including Retail (account opening & servicing, clearing currency management, retail lending including credit cards, secured & unsecured lending etc.), Credit Middle Office, Treasury Operations & Controls & International Operations. Further, she is also responsible for driving Customer Service Quality & Phone Banking. She has spent over 6 years in the Treasury domain at ICICI Bank and was instrumental in laying the foundation of some very key controls in the Bank’s treasury and in Institutionalizing Treasury Processes.

Mr. Shailendra Jhingan

Mr. Shailendra Jhingan currently is the Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Limited. Prior to this, he was heading the corporate bonds business at I Sec PD. He has over two decades of experience in the areas of fixed income securities and asset management. He has been part of ICICI Group for over 10 years. Prior to joining ICICI Group, he has worked in organizations such as HSBC Asset Management, Birla Sun Life Asset Management, J M Morgan Stanley, J M Shares and Stock Brokers and Fortress Financial Services Ltd. He is currently the chairman of Primary Dealers Association of India & Director on Fixed Income Money Market & Derivatives Association of India.
