Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta
Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta is a Chartered Accountant,1991. He is the Executive Director of ICICI Bank Limited. He is responsible for credit underwriting and process management
for the Retail and Business Banking, Operations, Technology and Data Sciences and Analytics function of ICICI Bank.
He has been with ICICI Bank Limited since November 25, 1991, and his previous assignments and experience are across Corporate Banking,
Project Finance, SME, Debt Service Management, Credit & Policy and Operations.
Presently, he is a Director on the Board of ICICI Securities Limited, ICICI Home Finance Company Limited and the Chairperson of i-Process Services (India) Limited.
Mr. R. K. Nair
Mr. Nair was associated with Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) as Member (Finance & Investment)
from March 2010 to March 2015 and was in charge of Finance, Investments and Anti Money Laundering departments and was
instrumental in ushering in new investment and accounting regulations for life insurance and general insurance industry.
Prior to his assignment with IRDA, Mr. Nair was the Executive Director of the Securities and Exchange Board of India from
July 2005 to March 2010 and was in charge of, inter alia, Investment Management, Corporate Debt, Economic and Policy Analysis
departments. For a period from December 1999 to October 2003, he has also served as the Managing Director of Corporation Bank
Securities Limited (a subsidiary of Corporation Bank formed as a primary dealer) and a Director of Primary Dealers’ Association of India.
Mr. Nair has also served as a member of various committees of International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
Ms. Anubhuti Sanghai
With over 25 years of experience in the banking domain, Ms. Sanghai heads Transaction Banking, SCF & Retail Trade Products for ICICI Bank.
Prior to this she was heading Operations and Customer Service for the Bank where she was responsible for all operations of the Bank including Retail
(account opening & servicing, clearing & currency management, retail lending including credit cards, secured & unsecured lending etc.),
Corporate and Trade Finance Operations, Credit Middle Office, Treasury Operations & Controls, and International Operations. Further,
she was also responsible for driving customer service quality and phone banking. She has been instrumental in significantly enhancing the
usage of technology to decongest banking processes and to build system capabilities to meet regulatory requirements. S
he has passionately driven new technology implementations including robotics and AI in the various functions that she has worked in.
She has spent over 6 years in the Treasury domain and played a key role in laying the foundation of some critical controls in the Bank’s treasury,
institutionalizing treasury processes and migrating core treasury systems to new platforms. In her earlier roles, she has been a part of the Product and
Technology Group of the Bank where she was responsible for new system implementations, system enhancements and management.
Mr. Shyam Sunder Dwarkani
Mr. Shyam Sunder Dwarkani is a Chartered Accountant, 2000, and a Company Secretary, 2000. He is currently responsible for the Asset Liability Management function of the Bank.
He has been with ICICI Bank Limited since May 2004 and has held various responsibilities in the Asset Liability Management function of the Bank. Prior to joining ICICI Bank,
he has worked at Indian Oil Corporation for the period from 2000 to 2004.
Mr. G. Gopalakrishna
Mr. G. Gopalakrishna is a graduate in Arts and Laws and also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
He has extensive and diverse experience spanning over three and half decades in various roles within the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
He also headed the Centre for Financial Research and Learning (CAFRAL) promoted by RBI.
His career trajectory showcases a blend of expertise in areas such as banking supervision and non-banking supervision, financial stability,
information technology, foreign exchange, payment and settlement systems, Research and capacity building.

Dr. (Ms.) Mamta Suri superannuated as the Executive Director, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDAI). She headed the Finance & Investment department; Internal Audit
and the Compliance & enforcement departments in the Authority. She has been associated with IRDAI since 2001. She handled various issues
related to registration of insurance companies, off-site monitoring of financial of insurance companies,
both life and non-life; issues around the re-structuring of insurance companies, M&A activities, IPO related matters, financial due diligence of promoters, solvency position of general insurance companies and matters relating to
corporate governance, stewardship code are some of the areas handled by her.Other areas of priority were RBC, IFRS and RBS.
In the interim she also served the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India as its first Executive Director
from 15th August, 2017 (2 years). On deputation from IRDAI she was Handling various portfolios including service providers,
Individual Insolvency, Registered Valuers, Institutions, and Handling Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, Advocacy, Legal, Finance and establishment matters.
She was also on the Board of the International Financial Services Centre Authority (IFSCA).
Her professional and academic qualifications include M.Sc in Insurance and Risk Management from Cass Business School London, Chartered Financial Analyst and Diploma in
Insurance from Chartered Insurance Institute, London. She has a doctorate in Finance from University of Delhi.
She is a law graduate She also has professional qualification in leadership and diversity from Women’s World Banking
